We’re so happy to introduce you to Laughing Fox Farm, a small, soulful homestead tucked away on Spring Lake Road in Upper Red Hook, NY. Set beside the water and surrounded by nature, the farm is lovingly run by Ray Silverman, along with his wife Ruu, their two dogs, two cats, and eight curious chickens. At Laughing Fox, life moves with the rhythms of the land. Ray tends to vegetables, herbs, and flowers with care, and together he and Ruu craft natural products using ingredients they grow and forage. Their days are full of planting, harvesting, and creating—nurturing both the earth and their local community.
